What is the Sweepzy Mailbox?
The Sweepzy Mailbox is a dedicated competition email address available to Premium members. It gives competition correspondence its own place in your Sweepzy account.
Does Sweepzy need access to my personal inbox?
The dedicated mailbox receives messages sent to your Sweepzy address. You do not need to connect your personal Gmail or Outlook inbox to use it.
Can I use the mailbox on the Free plan?
The mailbox is a Premium feature. Free members can still browse competitions, keep favourites and track their entries. See the pricing page for the current plan comparison.
Who is responsible for claiming a prize?
You are responsible for checking your messages, responding to the promoter and meeting any claim deadline. Sweepzy does not claim prizes on your behalf.
