Yes. The Free plan lets you browse every UK competition we list, log unlimited entries, earn achievements, and post in the community forum — for as long as you like, with no credit card required.

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in two clicks. Your Premium features stay active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you keep all your data when you drop back to Free.

We do not offer scheduled refunds on monthly plans because the Free plan exists exactly so you can try Sweepzy properly before paying anything. If something has gone genuinely wrong with your account — billed twice, charged after cancelling, feature outage — contact us and we will sort it. Annual plans cancelled within the first 14 days are refunded in full, no questions.

Both plans unlock the same Premium features. Annual is £50/year — that works out at roughly £4.17/month, saving you £10 compared with paying monthly (about 17% off). If you already know you will stay Premium for more than ten months, Annual is the better value.

Yes. Switch from your dashboard at any time. Stripe automatically prorates the difference, so you only pay for what you have not already covered.

Not currently. Each Sweepzy account is intended for one comper because the win-rate analytics, achievements and Sweepzy Mailbox are personal to that account. If you and a partner both comp, two separate Free accounts work fine, and many comping households only need one Premium upgrade to cover the household Mailbox.

No, we do not currently offer a student discount. Premium is £5/month which we already think is fair value for the time saved versus a spreadsheet, and the Free plan covers unlimited entry tracking for anyone on a tight budget.

Yes. Stripe automatically generates a receipt and emails it to you after every charge. You can also download itemised invoices from your dashboard billing area. If you need a specific format for accounting purposes, contact us and we will sort it.

Comping clubs are welcome to use Sweepzy. The platform is designed for individual compers rather than agencies that run paid prize promotions, so we do not offer team or club discounts at this time. If you run a community of compers and want to collaborate, contact us and we will see what makes sense.

It is a unique you@sweepzy.co.uk email address that you can use when entering competitions. We automatically scan that inbox for confirmations and win notifications and surface them in your dashboard, so you never have to log entries by hand again. It is Premium-only and never touches your personal inbox.

Each month, the top three Premium members on the points leaderboard receive an Amazon voucher (currently £20, £10 and £5). Points come from logging entries, posting in the forum and unlocking achievements. New month, new leaderboard, fresh chance.

We use Stripe for billing, which accepts all major UK and international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on compatible devices. We do not currently accept PayPal or direct debit.

Yes. We never see or store your card details — payments are handled end-to-end by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider used by millions of businesses worldwide. Sweepzy itself is UK-based and GDPR compliant.

Nothing — your entry history, tracked competitions, achievements and forum posts all stay exactly where they are. You just lose access to Premium-only features (Sweepzy Mailbox, Chrome extension, ad-free, leaderboard prizes) until you upgrade again.

Absolutely. The Free plan covers competition browsing, unlimited entry tracking, the community forum and achievements. Upgrade only when you want the Mailbox, Chrome extension, ad-free browsing or leaderboard prizes. Most members spend a few weeks on Free before deciding Premium is worth £5.

Existing subscribers are grandfathered at the price they signed up at. If we raise the headline price for new sign-ups, your monthly or annual rate stays where it is for as long as you remain subscribed without a break.
